Preventing and resolving conflicts

Wherever people work together, conflicts can arise. We would like to help you to prevent conflict situations in working groups from arising in the first place and to be able to deal with them well if they do occur. The University's Personnel Development Programme (PEP) offers numerous courses in the area of "Leadership and Cooperation", ranging from solution-oriented communication and confident handling of power and micro-politics to the PEP Leadership Programme, which lasts several days.

The Council of Academic Staff represents the interests of mid-level academic staff (including postdocs and academic tenures). You are also represented by the staff council for academic and artistic employees.

The Counselling Centre for Employees and Managers offers all university employees support in the event of conflicts within the university as well as support in the event of psychological crises.
