JUMP2 - On the way to a (lifetime) professorship

Are you leading your first research group at your faculty, do you have a tenure track or junior professorship? Are you aiming for a (tenured) professorship? Then you've come to the right place! JUMP2 is the programme that supports R3 Researchers in taking the leap to this next career stage.

We have teamed up with 11 German universities to offer you the widest possible choice of courses, peer counselling and mentoring.

The programme starts in the winter semester 2025/2026 and is free of charge for all R3 Researchers at Bielefeld University.

It consists of three components: Qualification courses, collegial counselling and Future Leader Mentoring.
