The mentoring programme movement mentoring programme for female students interested in doing a doctorate is aimed at female students on master courses at Bielefeld University who would like to do a doctorate or who are thinking about doing a doctorate and would like to find out more.

movement for female students offers support in planning the transition phase from studying to a doctorate, information about the doctoral process and the framework conditions of a doctorate as well as insights into the everyday life of a doctorate. Participation in the programme is equally worthwhile for targeted preparation for a possible doctoral project as well as for an open-ended decision-making process for or against a doctorate and for weighing up all options, advantages and disadvantages.

The programme lasts 10 months and always runs from May to March of the following year. The programme can accept 15 participants.
