Description
As an educational institution and workplace, Bielefeld University is not free from sexual discrimination and violence. However, these sensitive topics can often evoke questions, emotions, and uncertainty. All institutions are obliged to prevent sexual harassment, protect students and employees, and respond to reported cases. Through this program, employees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and university-specific framework surrounding this issue. Additionally, we will explore prevention strategies that can be implemented when organizing events and conferences at the university.
