The counselling centre is available to staff and managers at Bielefeld University. They support working groups and teams in overcoming breakdowns in cooperation and conflicts and advise managers on questions in the context of leadership.
As part of the WIR project (Culture and Leadership 2025), a joint mission statement for our cooperation was developed in 2021 in a participatory process with all interested employees from Technology, Administration and Services.
