Description
Within the framework of the moderated collegial consultation for deans, you can bring in topics in the form of concrete situations and questions from your everyday work, which will be discussed in the group against the background of the role specifics.
We have been able Alexandra Busch (systemic executive coach, trainer, team and organizational developer) as moderator. The exchange takes place on the basis of a confidentiality agreement, which is arranged at the first meeting.
