Description
The goal-oriented, active, powerful exercise of power (if necessary also against the declared resistance of other actors) is one of the great challenges of their professional activity, even for professors with many years of experience and a high degree of leadership responsibility.
See through power rhetoric and set your own accents: Dealing forcefully with (male) power games and "black rhetoric" in everyday university life: How can female professors avoid becoming the pawns of others' power games and strategies? How can they protect themselves and their staff from a destructive exercise of power? Which rhetorical strategies should professors know and be able to apply? How do they proactively deal with impulse breakthroughs, psychopathic interjections, narcissistic process blockades and implicit or explicit sexism?
Methods: Trainer impulses, exchange and discussion in the plenum, exercises, group and individual work, self-reflection, collegial consultation and systemic constellation work.
