Description
Career paths in academia are to become more predictable and transparent through the tenure track. This also increases the pressure, as not only subject matter, but also non-subject matter is inter- and end-evaluated. The first 100 days are often decisive for success in a new position. Therefore, this workshop is aimed at junior and tenure-track professors in the early career phase.
In a mix of group coaching, 4 modules on our online campus, e-mail support and regular office hours, you will be accompanied in a way that is close to everyday life and without the "block factor".
Optionally, 3 additional individual coaching sessions of 1.5 hours each are offered, in which individual topics can be worked on in greater depth.
Procedure
1st workshop, 3 hours, zoom
- Input, exercises and reflection
- Identify needs for the online campus
- Create framework for self-learning phases
Self-learning phase
- Link incl. password with input, materials, exercises and videos on our online campus with 2h effort/all 14days, 4 office hours á 30 minutes and e-mail support
- Possible topics for the online campus: strategy development, self- and time management, emotion management, profile sharpening by focusing on own goals and differentiation
Final workshop, zoom
- Securing results and final reflection
Optional: Individual coaching sessions (3 x 1.5 h)
- In online individual coaching sessions, you can work on sensitive and personal issues with a coach in parallel to the program and develop solutions.

We will look for the dates together as soon as at least 4 people have registered for the workshop. When registering, please let us know which half-year you would like to attend, and we will coordinate everything else individually.
