FSZ Team-Support
The FSZ Team Support is available by phone (0521 106-67125) on Mondays from 10pm-12pm and Wednesdays from 10 pm-12pm. Outside of these times, urgent requests can be sent by email (fsz.team-support@uni-bielefeld.de) or spoken on the answering machine.

Our Work
The support team is the contact point for all questions concerning the Learning Platform LernraumPlus , which is used in the language courses of the Fachsprachenzentrum .
Furthermore we are responsible for the instruction and supervision of the placement test for English, French and Spanish. In addition, we support the students in the implementation of the DAAD-Test and the UNIcert® exam.
The organisation of the tandem program also falls within our tasks. We also maintain of the tandem bulletin board which can be found on the wall in the corridor next to room C01-246. Here you can easily search for a language tandem by post or choose one of the pinned offers.
By maintaining a relaxed atmosphere in the Fachsprachenzentrum , we also want to create a pleasant learning environment for all those who wish to develop their language skills alone or in group.
Finally, we provide advice and support to our faculty and learners on all questions and concerns surrounding the offers of the Fachsprachenzentrum . If you any concerns, you can always contact us. We will try to find a solution.

FSZ IT-Support
FSZ IT-Support is the point of contact for our staff regarding technical questions and account management. We maintain all computer workstations, the network, as well as the technical equipment in our course and function rooms.
Beyond that we are your partner for technical planning, support, and realization of courses, meetings, and special events (i.e. readings, lectures, etc.).
On the public side we maintain the FSZ-Website and the FSZ-Blog.
