I completed my Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Informatics and my Master's degree in Intelligent Systems at Bielefeld University. I have been working as an academic co-worker in the Medical Assistance Systems working group since 2026.

As part of TRR 318, I am doing my doctorate in project A03 and am working on the question of how emotions influence explanatory processes in human-AI interaction.
In my research, I am particularly investigating how emotional arousal affects the processing of AI explanations and what role emotional states play in the understanding and evaluation of explainable AI.
