Medical School OWL

Bielefeld University has developed a gender equality and gender strategy for medicine, which is applied in the process of establishing the Medical School OWL and is currently being incorporated into the ongoing development of the faculty's first gender equality plan. The diversity policy of Bielefeld University aims to justify the institution's positive attitude towards diversity and to create a basis for action for dealing with diversity within the organization. Bielefeld University aims to recognize the diversity of the people who work, study, teach and research here and to promote their different abilities, talents and skills.
