© Bielefeld University Linda Thomßen has been a consultant for science communication at the Collaborative Research Center (CRC)/Transregio 318 "Constructing Explainability" since 2021. Within the CRC, she is responsible for the sub-project "Ö (Public Relations): Questions on Explainable Technologies". She studied linguistics, sociology and interdisciplinary media studies at Bielefeld University. After completing her Master's degree in 2016, she stayed at Bielefeld University and completed a two-year press traineeship in the "Media & News" section of the Department of Communication and then worked as an editor at the then Cluster of Excellence CITEC. Before joining the SFB, she worked as a freelance science editor for various universities.
