The meaning of psychological methods und evaluation in the study of psychology

Psychology is an empirical science having as its research objectives human behaviour, experiences and awareness as well as their development through a life span with all its requirements and sources. Attempts are made to prove theories, answer questions and explain exceptions with suitable research methods. Research methods include data collection, measurement theories and research plans with their main focus on descriptive and inference statistics. Hence, the emphasis in the education of our psychology students is in research, analysis and evaluation.
