Bachelor Programme Psychology (Major): module exam in module 27-AF-AO1
Organisational and Applied Social Psychology is one of the basic modules of the five application subjects in which students are required by the examination regulations to take a module exam. Bachelor Programme Psychology (Major): module exam in module 27-AF-AO2
The seminars in this module are advanced classes in Work, Organisational and Applied Social Psychology (cf. AE 05 classes). Students learn about various topics in this field in greater depth, for example design of the workplace, stress and health in the working life, leadership and communication, creativity and innovation in organisations, social-cognitive decision-making processes, and social aspects of human-computer interaction. Bachelor Programme Psychology (Minor): module exam in module 27-AFNF-AO
In the introductory lecture series on Work and Organisational Psychology (AO.1; "Einführung in die Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie") of the module AO, students are required to take a written examination on the fundamentals of Organisational Psychology. Master Programme Psychology (Major): module exam in module F
The content of this module is an introduction to various human resources development programmes (F.1) as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of a specific, needs-based intervention (for example, a training course). In F.2, students develop an intervention or design measure on their own, which they subsequently carry out or implement autonomously in F.3. For more information on the exam click here.
Master Programme Psychology (Major): module exam in module G
The content of this module consists of an introduction to central areas of Personnel Psychology. Typical topics are aptitude assessment, development of procedures and task analysis (Personnel Psychology), social influence and persuasion, decision and judgment processes or communication research (Applied Social Psychology - cf. AE 05 classes). In the area of Personnel Psychology, students will plan and design an instrument within the scope of personnel psychology in G.2 (for example, an assessment center), which will be implemented in G.3. In the area of Applied Social Psychology, students will study topics which they have already worked on in greater detail, for example, persuasion in marketing and advertising.
