A warm welcome!
Your doctorate is completed. Now you are aiming for a long-term career in science or would like to move into business and society? Which professional fields outside of science are particularly interesting for you? Which path is linked to which expectations? And how can you best prepare yourself for it now and gain further qualifications? How can you work meaningfully on your individual academic portfolio? We work on these and other questions together in individual counselling sessions. The team of the PhD & Postdoc Office at Bielefeld University will support you in planning and shaping your professional career.
Workshops
In addition to individual career counselling, the Personnel Development Programme for Researchers and Teachers (PEP) also offers workshops on career planning and development. In these group formats, you also benefit from the exchange with your peers. You can view all events and register here.
