You have started your doctorate, perhaps you are already close to completing it and are thus faced with important decisions? Do you want to continue in science? Or not at all? Stay at the university or apply for a job outside? Events and Workshops
Bielefeld University's Personnel Development Programme (PEP) offers numerous information events and workshops specifically tailored to doctoral students. These offers, which you can attend free of charge, support your career planning and teach important interdisciplinary skills. From self- and time management to disputation training, career orientation workshops and networking opportunities, a variety of topics from the different qualification phases are covered.
