BieJournals is only partially compliant with the Ordinance on the Creation of Accessible Information Technology in accordance with the Act on Equal Opportunities for Disabled Person of North Rhine-Westphalia (BITV NRW) as well as EU Directive 2016/2102 due to the non-compliances listed below.
The content listed below is not compliant with regulations on accessibility
Reasons:
The conversion of the workflows in the backend is in progress, not all functions could be provided fully accessible yet. The outstanding adjustments will be made by the developer PKP (Public Knowledge Project) in the upcoming version upgrades of the OJS software, which we will immediately integrate into our BieJournals platform.
Due to the sheer number of PDF documents and forms that have been uploaded, it has not yet been possible to convert them into an accessible format.
