Description
In addition to supervising students and technical staff group, young scientists in their PhD period often start to supervise master students. In order to master the leadership role while keeping track of their creative research projects, it is helpful to get familiar with basic tasks and tools of management and leadership in (and also outside) a scientific surrounding. The workshop supports the participants to handle responsibilities by reflecting on their own experience of leadership and broaden their knowledge of useful management and leadership tools
