The moderated collegial exchange for junior and tenure-track professors offers you the opportunity to address current topics relating to the temporary professorship in a confidential setting - with the aim of benefiting from the knowledge and experience of your colleagues, gaining impetus and receiving support from an experienced coach. The exchange will be moderated and accompanied by Helena Ernst.
