Description
Bielefeld University aims to promote a gender-equitable university culture. The topics of equality, gender and diversity have a high priority. The university has been honoured several times for its equality successes. In this workshop, participants acquire or deepen their knowledge of gender competence and gender-specific barriers in academic careers. You will be supported in reflecting on the relevance of gender for your own role as a professor and developing options for action in your everyday professional life as a manager.
