The responsibility for the processing of data on this website lies with:

The contact form enters in the email adress studsek@uni-bielefeld.de. The email adress was established, in order to have a self-depending contact point for the Student Office. Incoming emails will processed in a First-Level-Support or will conveyed to the responsible person. As soon as your request is resolved, you will receive an answer at your deposited email adress immediately.
Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The following data will be collected: name, register- or applicantnumber, date of birth, email adress and status.
All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems of Bielefeld University for the duration of 12 month and then deleted or anonymised in accordance with data protection regulations.
You can assert the rights granted to you by the EU GDPR (request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, object to processing, data transfer) against the person responsible for this website.
