An annual selection process is used to allocate limited spots in these exchange programs. Applications for study placements at partner universities must be submitted via the university's "Mobility Online" application portal. Applicants should upload the following documents:
All application documents must be submitted in English. The call for the following academic year is usually open in January. The Erasmus+ team at the School of Public Health will notify applicants of any specific requirements prior to each application period.
You can also opt to organize an individual study visit to a foreign university independently of the Erasmus+ program and SEMP, as a “Freemover”. That is, as a Freemover, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting a host university and paying tuition fees, if applicable. The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) website offers information on study and living conditions in various countries.
