Biostatistics and Medical Biometry

As a working group, we are involved in the following modules of the Medicine model degree program:

• 5-I-WDH-3 Wissenschaftliches Denken und Handeln I - 3

In addition, we offer the following courses regularly (usually once a year) in the doctoral program for Dr. rer. nat./medic. and Dr. med.:

• Basic course in medical statistics (last time in winter semester 2024/25)
• Advanced course in medical statistics (last time in summer semester 2025)
• Introduction to R (next date: June 3-4, 2025)

Participation in the courses in the doctoral program is reserved for doctoral students of the Medical School OWL, registration is only possible via the electronic course catalogue (eKVV). Please contact the doctoral office if you have any questions.
