Hair disorders such as androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, lichen planopilaris and folliculitis decalvans represent not only medical challenges, but also profound psychosocial burdens for those affected. With our "Investigation of patient needs and the medical care situation of patients with hair diseases at a university centre", we are pursuing the main objective of recording the care situation and patient satisfaction with current medical care as well as the evaluation of therapeutic approaches (secondary objective). Methodologically, this is an observational study with cross-sectional analysis using a questionnaire survey.
This project is being carried out in cooperation with the Rosenhöhe Skin Clinic.
