What is the Gender Equality Plan?
At Bielefeld University, gender equality is organised as an interlinked top-down-bottom-up process between the university management and the faculties and institutions. Responsibility for equality is anchored both in the rectorate and at the level of the faculty and institution heads. These are required to develop self-imposed equality plans and strategies.
