Prize

In addition to scholarships, the following prizes are awarded to international students:

  • DAAD Prize, annually, for high-achieving and committed students, jointly with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The prize money is 1,000 €. You can find more information about the competition here. 
  • ViSiB Prize, annual, for committed and high-achieving students, in cooperation with the society for the support of foreign students in Bielefeld. The prize money is 750 €. Further information on the prize can be found here.

Proposals for the prizes can be submitted year-round by teaching staff at Bielefeld University.
