The information centre in the Main University Hall
The infopunkt with its large and welcoming advice area is located in the central hall (T-0) in the main university building. Its staff are on hand to answer any questions that can be dealt with quickly. For matters requiring more in-depth assistance, specialist departments such as the Student Office, the Bielefeld School of Education (BiSEd) or the Student Advising and Counselling (ZSB) service are responsible. The infopunkt is also open to prospective students, teaching staff, occasional students and visiting scholars for general enquiries and information concerning the University.
