Description
Leadership challenges in consolidation and change processes
As important players in various types of consolidation and change processes, female professors are always both organisers and those affected. The decisions to be made and the resulting organisational changes have a direct impact on resources, team and employee management and cost a lot of time and energy, especially in lateral negotiation processes: a well-calibrated positioning compass is required here.
The May meeting invites you to an introductory impulse and subsequent exchange of experiences.
At this event, which takes place once a semester, you will have the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary dialogue over a shared lunch and a presentation with a moderated discussion.
