"Focus on Joy – Motivation and Inspiration in Everyday Working Life"
In everyday university life, our attention is often focused on what still needs to be done, resolved or tackled, and the pressures and stresses of the job tend to take centre stage. At the November meeting, we want to consciously shift the focus and provide an opportunity to discuss what brings joy, provides energy and creates a positive connection to your work within the demanding daily routine of a professor’s life. What do you find enriching, stimulating and inspiring – and what conditions foster a sense of joy in research, teaching, leadership and collaboration for you and your staff?
The November meeting will feature an introductory presentation followed by a discussion where we can share experiences.
As part of this event, which takes place once a semester, there will be an opportunity for interdisciplinary exchange over a light lunch and a presentation followed by a moderated discussion.
