Description
The workshop enables an intensive examination of all topics relevant for reflecting on the challenges of team leadership and the well-founded selection of elements of agile leadership.
In this way, participants develop an understanding of the specifics of the current work and leadership situation in the confrontation with the structural conditions and the needs of their employees and select appropriate tools for cooperation for the competence profile of their teams and for the professional field of application.
The individual focal points are worked on in close consultation with the participants. The work in the seminar takes into account individual development needs and is characterized by the greatest possible practical relevance. The seminar is framed by a systemic approach and reflection on the issues associated with the topic. Participants receive detailed materials for preparing and following up the workshop.
The seminar includes impulses from the trainer on basic knowledge, current developments and findings from leadership research and offers plenty of room for methodologically framed and moderated group work in topic-centered work phases. All results are documented in detail and made available to all participants.
Methods: Impulse presentations by the trainer, group and individual work, discussion and reflection in the plenum, if necessary methods of collegial consultation.
