On this page you will find guidelines and documents for the execution of HORIZON 2020 and HORIZON Europe projects. Especially current timesheets for the documentation of accomplishments within the EU-projects.

If you need sample texts or guidelines on how to write your application feel free to contact us.

In HORIZON 2020 and Horizon Europe, timesheets are no longer mandatory for staff employed 100% in an EU project, but proof for activities in the project must still be provided. Keeping timesheets is the easiest way to document the activities in the project and is therefore strongly recommended.

On this page you will find the timesheet templates for Bielefeld University available for download from the university network.

The same timesheet template can be used for projects in the Horizon Europe and HORIZON 2020 programmes!

Staff who work 100% in a H2020-EU project must sign a declaration.
