Preliminary:

• In order to subscribe to a shared calendar, the personal email address must have been previously entered by the owner for sharing.

Subscribe

1.

Log in to https://webmail.uni-bielefeld.de with your personal mailbox and open the calendar there.

2.

In the upper menu add calendar and click there on From directory.

3.

At "From the directory:" enter the subscribing calendar in the form of the university email address and go to Search directory.

Important:
Do not take the first suggested entry!

4.

Now click on Open .

The calendar will then appear below Other Calendars.
