The Express Break is a 15-minute long active break for staff, teachers and students. It consists of a series of excercises that can be carried out directly at your workplace or learning space. A trained member of the Express Break team will visit you directly at your office and guide the session. Escape the daily grind for a moment and recharge your batteries for the rest of the day!
The exercises are suitable for all training levels and are based on the 4 pillars mobility, strength, stretching, and relaxation.
First, we gradually activate our circulation and vitalize the muscular system. This way, we gently activate our body - even after long periods of sitting.
Well warmed up, we then challenge our muscles. We focus on the neck and back area, as these are often weakened by everyday office life.
With well-circulated muscles, we focus on stretching to increase the flexibility and suppleness of our body.
Last but not least, let us finish the Express Break with a relaxation phase. Take a last deep breath before returning to everyday life full of energy!
You can book an Express Break together as a working team of up to about 15 people. The Express Break usually takes place over a period of 10 weeks. It can also be booked for individual appointments such as workshops or seminars and thus, add valuable variety to your break schedule. As a work team, you just need to find a suitable location with sufficient space for the Express Break. This could either be a meeting room or larger office. Please ask for the desired time slot and specify the location when booking. For international teams, the Express Break can also be booked in English on request.
