The Bielefeld Young Researchers Fund (BNF) offers annual scholarships for arriving in Bielefeld as well as material resources for starting third-party funded research. Promising graduates who would like to prepare for a doctorate in Bielefeld can apply for half-year scholarships.
The DAAD scholarship database allows you to search for opportunities for international researchers to come to Germany and vice versa.

Bielefeld Young Talent Fund
The BNF offers funding in kind to finance conferences or trips for short research stays
BNF: Forschungsbeihilfen und MobilitätDFG - all countries
The DFG funds stays abroad of up to three months, which can be combined with workshops together with international cooperation partners.

For postdocs and other postdoctoral researchers without a professorship, Fulbright offers three- to six-month scholarships for teaching and/or research in the USA: Research & Teaching.
DAAD
The Postdoctoral Researchers International Mobility Experience (PRIME) programme enables one-year stays abroad plus a six-month return phase.
The Postdoc Programme (research fellowships for early career researchers with a doctorate), on the other hand, awards fellowships for short research stays of three to six months.
DAAD StipendiendatenbankEU: Marie-Sklodowska-Curie (MSC) measures
The European Commission offers Postdoctoral Fellowships within Europe for one to two years and outside Europe for two to three years (including a one-year return phase).

MSC Postdoctoral FellowshipsHeinrich Hertz Foundation
Grants for stays abroad of up to one year (longer in exceptional cases) for researchers currently working in NRW.
Heinrich-Hertz-StipendiumAlexander von Humboldt Foundation
Research stays of up to 24 months abroad with one of around 25,000 researchers from the Humboldt Network or renowned international award winners.
