As one of the two central learning platforms, the learning room is available to all teaching staff at the university for use in their courses. Basic functions such as a document repository, a forum and a facility for submitting documents are available in the learning space. Via interfaces, LernräumePlus or video folders from Panopto can also be made available to participants in a learning space and video conferences can be organized. The learning space is a proprietary development of the university based on Microsoft SharePoint.
A learning space can be created for each course. Teaching staff of a course automatically get access to a learning room. Further staff can be added by teaching staff. Participants* automatically get access as soon as the learning space is published.
If the learning space is not used but a Learning SpacePlus is used, teaching staff can set up an automatic forwarding function that forwards participants directly to the desired Learning SpacePlus when they access it.
Learning spaces can only be created for courses registered in the electronic course catalogue (eKVV).
No application required.
Teaching staff and their secretary's offices can create learning spaces for their courses themselves via the learning space portal.
