Bielefelder IT-Servicezentrum

For each application, an individual operating & security concept is required for the maintenance of the operating system as well as the support, integration and operation of the applications. The hosting or operation of additional applications requires a case-by-case assessment with regard to technical/know-how requirements and technical/personal capacities to define the scope of service.

Currently, the following applications are operated, among others:

• SAP (all modules used at Uni Bi)
• xFlow
• Citrix server with application virtualization
• eKVV/BIS/campus management
• d.3ecm (document management system)
• EvaSys (teaching validation)
• Moodle (learning platform)
• Primion locking system
• ConjectFM (building management)
• Damaris (hazardous materials directory)
• BIC Design (documentation of processes)
• Formtools (creation of contact and survey tools)

• Faculties and departments of Bielefeld University

Costs

The cost of running an application will be coordinated with the contracting faculty or departments.

Deployment times

This service is provided in coordination with the contracting faculty/department.

Duty to cooperate

Supervision of the content of the application is usually provided by the faculty or department.
