Welcome

On this website, we would like to introduce you to our Service Office, our contact persons, and the areas of responsibility for students and faculty.

The Service Office is headed by the Dean of Academic Affairs. Under its umbrella are the Examination Office, Academic Advising Office, Quality Management Coordination, and Erasmus Departmental Coordination.

Our Dean of Academic Affairs is responsible for all matters related to teaching and is therefore the point of contact for faculty members regarding course planning.

The Examinations Office is responsible for all processes related to examinations and thus serves as the point of contact for faculty and students regarding the coordination of exam dates, the registration and recording of exam results, questions about examination regulations, and requests for transcripts. Many questions about exams and academic performance can already be answered in the FAQs for students.

The Academic Advising Office is available to students and prospective students with questions about studying in the Department of Psychology. For a student’s perspective, the Student Advising Service is available.

The Quality Management Coordination  can be contacted with questions regarding course evaluations and the accreditation processes for degree programs in the Department of Psychology.

The Erasmus Departmental Coordination  is responsible for all matters related to your Erasmus stay. The Student Advising Service offers preliminary counseling regarding an Erasmus stay.
