ATTENTION! Change in the schedule for Semianr on Marketing, Practical Exercises (BA / MA), and Bachelor Colloquium!

Please note that starting in the summer semester of 2026, we will be introducing a changed schedule for our master's seminar, practical exercises, and Bachelor Colloquium. These courses no longer be offered every semester, but only once a year!!!

The following schedule will be followed:

  • Seminar on Marketing (Master): only in the winter semester
  • Practical Exercise Bachelor: only in the winter semester
  • Practical Exercise Master: only in the winter semester
  • Bachelor Colloquium: only in the summer semester

When planning your studies, please note that if you do not participate in the Bachelor Colloquium this semester, you will not have another opportunity to do so until the summer semester 2027!

Exam Registration

Registration for the course-related exams of the profile phase is done exclusively through eKVV and is strongly advised, as participation cannot be guaranteed otherwise. For more information, please check the examination office’s homepage or the eKVV for the respective exam.

In general, i.e., unless stated otherwise, the following guidelines apply to all exams of the chair:

  • Allowed and required tool: Non-programmable calculator. Borrowing a calculator during the exam is neither possible nor permitted.
  • Additionally, the use of non-commented, paper-based dictionaries is allowed. The use of electronic dictionaries is not permitted.

Note:
Questions for the course "Customer Experience Management" in the topic area "Special Forms of Marketing" will be in English. Answers may be given either entirely in German or entirely in English.

Information for Erasmus Students

Erasmus students who are studying at Bielefeld University for only one semester are strongly advised to contact the responsible lecturer regarding required examinations at the beginning of the semester.

Information on Master's Theses

All information on the assignment and processing of Master’s theses, as well as Master’s thesis presentations, can be found here.

Final theses should be submitted electronically by email (including signed declaration of originality) by the deadline. The thesis, which must match the printed version, should be sent as a PDF document via email to pamt_wiwi@uni-bielefeld.de and the examiners (open distribution list). Please use your university email address for sending the thesis. A printed version is not required at this time.
