Shared seminar rooms

Seminar rooms available all day

The following seminar rooms are currently available during opening hours:

UHG T0-218
X-E0-201
X-B3-116

Closing times:
The seminar rooms are available on weekdays between 7.45 am and 10 pm or 9 pm on Fridays. Rooms that are not in use are locked after 6 pm. During the lecture-free period, the rooms are available until 8 pm on weekdays.

It is also possible to use unused seminar rooms between courses. This offer is only available during the lecture period.

Please note the following information:

  • Check which seminar room is free on the free rooms page in the electronic course catalogue (ekvv)
    • To do this, it is necessary to enter the current week in the period and update the plan using the green button
    • Please only use the seminar rooms in the main university building and buildings X and Y
    • Computer rooms may NOT be used
  • Please leave the seminar room at least 5 minutes before the start date of the next course
  • Please leave the room as you found it

Closing times:
The seminar rooms are available on weekdays between 7.45 am and 10 pm or 9 pm on Fridays. Rooms that are not in use will be locked after 6 pm.

There will only be a few gaps within the occupancy, especially during core times, but we would still like to offer you the opportunity to use the free rooms. Please refrain from enquiries as to whether there are any other rooms available. The website linked above always displays the current status.
