The search field directly finds staff, people who are listed in the university's directory of staff and departments (PEVZ). By right-clicking on "Display profile", you can also display further details about the staff, people. In addition to searching by name, you can also search by e-mail address.

Furthermore, entries from the call history and from Outlook contacts are displayed via the search field.

On the left side, the PEVZ can also be displayed directly in Cisco Jabber.

The integrated calendar integrates the personal Outlook calendar.
If this function is not desired, it can be deactivated via "Settings > Calendar > None".

It is possible to set a short ringing tone. This rings only once briefly and is then silent.

Possible application scenario:
During a video conference. This allows an incoming call to be heard briefly, but another ring does not disturb the conference.

If this function is not desired, one of two possible short ring tones can be set via "Settings > Notifications > Ring tone". After selecting "Class. Ringing tone (single)" or "Ringing tone (single)" click on Apply.
