  • Counselling Services of the Faculties

Subject-related questions (e.g. which seminars and lectures should be taken in which semester) can be answered by the Student Counselling Service, the academic student advisor or the Departmental Student Representative Committee of your Faculty. They will also provide you with information about the orientation programmes for the start of the semester of your degree programme.

  • Student Office

Support with all matters relating to the application, enrolment, re-enrolment and exmatriculation. The International Students Office in the Student Office is responsible for all international students. The Info Point in the university hall in the main university building is also part of the Student Office. You can get quick answers there, especially about your Unicard.

  • Student Advising and Counselling (ZSB)

The ZSB provides support for all questions related to studying (choice of degree programme, organisation of studies, possible change of subject). In addition, the ZSB offers psychosocial counselling for personal challenges during studies (contact problems, concentration and work disorders, exam nerves or and self-doubt).
