The participation list is generated from the students' timetables. Every student who adds a course to their timetable is included on the course participation list. If the course is removed from the timetable, the staff, people disappear from the list again. The attendance list in the electronic course catalogue (ekvv) is therefore always up to date.
The participation list displays the following information:
The option of an e-mail notification is displayed for each person. However, an "alias address" is used instead of the personal email address. If a message is sent to this alias address, the system forwards the message to the personal email address.
The enrolment data displayed relates to the semester of the course. If a staff, people do not have an enrolment in this semester, the enrolments from the previous semester are displayed. These enrolments are shown in italics.
Missing enrolment data can occur, for example, for employees and provisional students who have registered with their Uni.ID on the electronic course catalogue (ekvv). Anonymous guest accesses are only displayed with the login name.
You can export the participant list to edit it further as a table or to print it out.

Teaching staff, instructors and lecturers with BIS access can access the attendance lists of their courses via the "My courses" page in the electronic course catalogue (ekvv); secretaries' offices can represent "their" lecturers with their own approval.
In addition, the document managers in the Faculty and the responsible examination office can also access the attendance lists of courses.
