Sitting for hours without a break has an effect on our bodies and can cause tension, for example. But it can also affect our mental state. Since the summer semester 2024, there have therefore been "The healthy seminar room" boxes filled to the brim with various utensils to support long sitting events such as block seminars or training courses.

The Teaching Canvas of the BiLinked project combines general didactic impulses for the design of courses with specific aspects that sharpen the focus on opportunities for student participation in the planning and implementation of teaching. The Teaching Canvas is used to reflect on, adapt and further develop your own teaching concept with a focus on the opportunities for student participation in a specific course over the course of the semester. This canvas can also be used as a basis for dialogue with colleagues and students about your own teaching or to obtain feedback.

The topic of sustainable teaching and learning space design is an important strategic field of action for the university management. For this reason, a flex seminar room has been created in which the conditions and possibilities of future-oriented forms of teaching and learning are tested, researched and evaluated together with students and teaching staff. The room is flexible, multifunctionally equipped and its analogue and digital usage options have been expanded.

Motivated, satisfied and high-performing employees are the university's most important resource. Maintaining and promoting this resource is the task of health management. It supports the development of health skills with health, counselling and prevention services.
