In rare cases, it may not be possible to make a booking, for example due to a technical problem.

Of course you can! In the warmer months, the tennis courts, hard court, beach volleyball courts and boules court can be booked via the individual court booking system. Booking is mandatory for this.
In addition, court III, our modern outdoor training facility, is available almost all day. Either for the guided courses in the sports programme or outside the regular course times for an independent training session. No booking is required for free use of Platz III - but fixed courses always take priority! You can find a current overview of the times of the fixed courses in this booking plan.
Together with the AStA [Student Union] and HSBI, we would like to offer all students a comprehensive range of sports activities free of charge.
However, some courses can only be organised at additional financial cost, for example because they take place in external sports facilities, special equipment is required or accommodation has to be rented. We have to charge a reasonable fee for these few courses. We thank you for your understanding and hope that we can do justice to all participants with this regulation.
If you are unable to attend a course, please cancel your booking via the cancellation link in your booking confirmation. This will free up the course place for others.
For the few courses that are booked for a longer period, pleasecancel directly with the course leader or at University Sports Service Bielefeld(hochschulsport@uni-bielefeld.de).
