The university offers its employees a variety of contact and service points to strengthen and maintain everyone's health and ability to work. These include, for example, the various in-house counseling centers, which employees can make use of confidentially. On request, the OSHEP staff unit carries out risk assessments on mental and physical health. Other offices provide support for family and care issues or offer gender-sensitive counseling for women affected by sexualized violence. The topics of prevention and health are located at the university's health management.
The SBV supports employees in finding the appropriate contact points for their particular concerns and, if desired, accompanies the company integration procedure.
