Personal network drive (P-drive)

Provide secure Network Attached Storage (NAS) for users' personal "home" network drive to store personal data for study and work.

Scope of services

2 GB storage for students
10 GB storage space for employees
Redundancy through data mirroring across 2 data centers
Snapshots as well as functionality to restore old versions
Backup
Protocols: CIFS

Options

The storage space of the "Home" network drive can be extended upon justified request.

No application necessary. Automatically provided upon enrollment or start of employment.

Quota changes are made by the dec. EDP supervisor of the respective faculty or departments.
